Off to Brazil for the holidays and a wedding. My daughter married a guy from Brazil back in March in a civil ceremony in San Francisco City Hall, but they wanted to have the big church wedding in his hometown of Sao Joao del Rei. I'll be back on the 1st, so watch for some way cool pics.

Safe travel and have a marvelous time! Brazil sounds like a lovely place to have people to go to visit. And! A full-blown wedding! Congratulations again to your daughter. I wish them happiness.

Have fun? Where are the pics? Well now, that's going to take a while.
First I have to go through the 1500 or so that I shot and decide what to keep and what to trash, so watch for some cool stuff. Pics all around the wedding. Couldn't shoot during the wedding though. As the "Father of the Bride" I had too much participation in the wedding to be shooting too. But not to worry. They hired a professional photographer to shoot the whole event; from getting ready (5 hours in the salon for daughter and mom), to the wedding itself and the reception later. Way cool stuff. I'll post a link as soon as I have one.
The trip was a blast though. First time in Brazil, but hopefully not the last.
