What a lovely site. I love the camelias in the snow.....I rarely see my flowers and snow at the same time. The cold here usually does the flowers in long before first snow.

Very nice, Pelti! I love to look at the bits and pieces of buildings, too, so I loved your shots of them. Enjoyed the boats and water scenes too. Does anyone live in the castle shown with the blue boat?

Lindisfarne Castle is now a tourist attraction owned by the National Trust. It is not a home as such but I suspect the site manager lives there as a perk of his job.

Nice perk. Here those folks would work for the Parks department and sometimes live in unusual abodes that belong to the US government but none quite as huge as a castle.
