Right. I caught that after. ;D I can be a bit dense at times.
I sent the link to the young people in my office and they thought it was great too, Rick Astley notwithstanding.

Me too. Then again, nightclubs were a huge part of my life when it was popular. They just think Astley is incredibly dorky in the video.

I'm beginning to think later decades always think earlier decades were dorky. I remember thinking 70's was dorky but 80's was cool. Now, it's 70's was dorky because of the big lapels, and 80's was dorky because of the big hair. I wonder what 90's will be panned for.

Not sure what 'dorky' means, but the 70s were just fine.

Dorky: inept, goofy, silly, nerdish.
And no, the 70s were not just fine. ;D

I wonder what 90's will be panned for. Madchester and wannabe punk revivalists. A decade of "pseuds" which had hardly any new ideas. Minidiscs. Mobile phones that only made telephone calls.

I wonder what 90's will be panned for. People going out in public with their underwear hanging out and pants falling off.

It's amazing what seems normal at the time. I still cringe at what I was wearing in the 70's.
